SAMIRA DEAN, BA, CHRL — FOUNDER

I help small and mid-sized companies and people grow without losing the soul and spark that started it all.

With 15+ years in HR leadership, I’ve led everything from onboarding design to executive coaching, workforce planning to culture change. I blend strategy with people-centric design. I'm a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a member of the International Coaching Federation trained through Erickson Coaching International, and professionally trained in Organizational Design as well as Customer Experience & Leadership Integration.

I’m a naturally outgoing leader, a confident, calm communicator who’s skilled at gaining buy-in and moving ideas forward. Paired with an agile, solutions-focused mindset, I bring clarity and momentum to teams.

I’ve worked across sectors, traveled to 40+ countries, and lived nomadically, which provides a global lens in how I lead: with flexibility, curiosity, and heart.
