SAMIRA DEAN, BA, CHRL — FOUNDER

With 18+ years in HR leadership, I’ve led everything from new hire experience to leadership coaching, talent strategy to culture change. I blend strategy with hands-on, people-centric design. My passion for design and employee experience has led to professional training in Organizational Design as well as Customer Experience & Leadership Integration. I'm a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a member of the International Coaching Federation pursuing the Professional Coach Certification (PCC).

I’m a naturally outgoing leader, a confident, calm communicator who’s skilled at gaining buy-in and moving ideas forward rooted in trust. Paired with an agile, solutions-focused mindset, I bring clarity and momentum to teams.

I’ve worked across sectors, traveled to 40+ countries, and lived nomadically, which provides a global lens in how I lead: with flexibility, curiosity, and heart.
